No. Most people who join have little or no experience. You get a start-here path in your first two weeks so you are not dropped into the deep end.
The program is $200 a month, cancel anytime. Dev Levels, the indicator, is a $29.99/mo add-on. If you want both for a year up front at a discount, the bundle is about $1,500.
